What type of gift cards does Huse Culinary offer?

There are two types of gift cards available for purchase: Traditional Gift Card and E-gift Card.
Traditional gift cards can be purchased online at huseculinary.com/gift-cards or at any of our participating restaurant locations.
E-gift cards can be purchased online at huseculinary.com/gift-cards.
Huse Culinary traditional and e-gift cards can be redeemed at St. Elmo Steak House, Harry & Izzy’s Downtown and Northside locations, 1933 Lounge by St. Elmo and The HC Tavern + Kitchen. Gift cards are not accepted at the IND airport locations.

How do I check my balance on my Huse Culinary gift card?

How are Holiday Bonus Cards different from purchased gift cards?

Holiday bonus cards are valid January 1 through December 31 of the calendar year following your gift card purchase.
Holiday bonus cards cannot be used for gratuity.

How fast are gift cards delivered?

Traditional Restaurant Gift Cards typically take between 3-5 business days to arrive.
Physical (traditional) gift card purchases made online after 3:00PM will not be processed until the next day. Gift Cards purchased after 2:00PM on Friday will not be processed until Monday. Weekend delivery is not available.
E-Gift Cards can be delivered instantly or scheduled to be delivered at your preferred date.

Can I reload my Huse Culinary gift card?

Yes. You can add additional funds up to $2,000 maximum value per traditional gift card at any participating Huse Culinary location.

How much can I purchase on one card?

No more than $1,000 may be added to any one gift card purchased online at any time.
No more than $2,000 total may be associated with any one gift card at any time. The total value that may be purchased in Huse Culinary gift cards may not exceed $10,000 on any given day. To inquire about a gift card order exceeding total value over $10,000, please contact giftcards@huseculinary.com.

What are the terms for use of a Huse Culinary gift card?

Present gift card at St. Elmo Steak House, Harry & Izzy’s, 1933 Lounge by St. Elmo or The HC Tavern + Kitchen for the purchase of goods or services in the United States. This card cannot be redeemed for cash or replaced if lost or stolen. If found, please return card to the merchant. Not valid at the IND Airport locations or for any online purchases. Huse Culinary reserves the right to refuse to honor a gift card where we believe the card was obtained fraudulently.

Can I use more than one Huse Culinary gift card at a time?

What are the valid forms of payment to purchase a gift card?

Cash or valid credit card with matching photo ID.
Huse Culinary gift cards cannot be purchased with a check or another gift card of any form.

Can I use my Huse Culinary gift card for tax and gratuity?

You can apply your gift card to the full amount on your check including tax and gratuity.
Holiday bonus cards cannot be used for gratuity.

Do Huse Culinary gift cards expire?

If I don’t use the entire amount on my Huse Culinary gift card, can I use the remaining balance at a later date?

Yes. The remaining balance on your gift card is valid for a future visit at any of our participating locations.
No cash back provided on remaining gift card balances.

Can I use my Huse Culinary gift card to pay for private parties?

Yes. You can apply your gift card for private party bookings.
Purchasing a gift card at a private event does not apply towards the food and beverage minimum for a private event.

Can I use my Huse Culinary gift card for delivery orders?

No. Huse Culinary utilizes third parties to process deliveries and therefore cannot accept a gift card as payment.

What should I do if I believe there was a billing or clerical error?

We will correct the balance of your gift card if we believe there was a clerical, billing, or accounting error. If you have questions about your transaction history or any correction or dispute, please contact giftcards@huseculinary.com.
