If required under applicable law, we will collect and process Sensitive Information only with your opt-in consent, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. We do not use or disclose Sensitive Information except as described in “Sale and Sharing of Your Information.” If you choose not to provide or allow us to collect some information, we may not be able to provide you with requested features, services, or information.
We may also collect:

HOW WE COLLECT YOUR DATA
You Provide Information to Us
We collect information about you when you interact with our Services — for example, when you create or update an account, place an order, subscribe, make a reservation, make a request, join our Huse Honors loyalty program, participate in surveys, sweepstakes, contests, or promotions, or create, upload, or post content to the Services.
Automatically Through Our Services
As you navigate through and interact with our Services, we may use automatic data-collection technologies to collect information that may include Information. Information collected automatically may include usage details, IP addresses, operating systems and browser type, and information collected through cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies, including details of your interactions with our Services such as traffic data, location data, and logs, and which resources and features you access and use. Using these technologies helps us improve our Services and deliver a more personalized experience. The technologies we use may include:
Cookies. A cookie is a small file placed on your device when you interact with the Services. You may refuse to accept or disable cookies through your browser or device settings, but parts of the Services may then be unavailable.
Web Beacons. Some parts of the Services and our emails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also called clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit us, for example, to count users who have visited a page or opened an email and to gather related statistics. Our Services use retargeting pixels from Google, Facebook, and other ad networks.
Analytics and Fraud Detection. We may use tools such as Google Analytics to understand traffic to our Services, and reCAPTCHA to help distinguish humans from bots and protect against fraud, spam, and abuse.
To the extent any of these automated technologies are considered a sale of Information, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling under applicable laws, depending on where you live, you may opt out of their use for such purposes through our “Your Privacy Choices” mechanism below or by broadcasting an opt-out preference signal such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC). When we receive your opt-out request, including one received through a GPC signal, we will display confirmation that your request has been processed. Please note that some features may be unavailable as a result.
When you interact with the Services, third parties may use automatic collection technologies to collect information about you or your device. These third parties may include:
Advertisers, ad networks, and ad servers;
Analytics companies;
Your device manufacturer; and
Your internet or mobile service provider.
These third parties may use tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use the Services, which may be associated with your Information, and may use it to provide interest-based (behavioral) advertising or other targeted content. We do not control these third parties’ tracking technologies. If you have questions about an advertisement or targeted content, you should contact the responsible provider directly.
HUSE HONORS LOYALTY PROGRAM AND MOBILE APP
Our Huse Honors Loyalty Program and mobile app let you join and participate in our loyalty program, create an account, and receive offers. The following additional terms apply to the app. In connection with the Huse Honors program, we may collect and process personal data including your name, contact information, purchase history, rewards point balance, and redemption activity. This information is used solely to administer the program and communicate program-related offers to you.
Background and Precise Location
The app offers a feature called Background Location. When you choose to enable it, the app may access your device’s precise location even when the app is not open. We use this to support location-based features powered by our loyalty platform, Paytronix, specifically geofence push messaging, which can send you a relevant message or offer when your device enters or leaves a defined area near our locations.
Opt-in. Background Location is off unless you turn it on. The app will prompt you to allow location only while using the app, allow background location, or deny location entirely.
Withdrawing consent. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time in your device’s operating-system location settings for the Huse Honors app and within the app’s settings menu. Turning off background location disables geofence push messaging but does not otherwise prevent you from using the app.
How it is used and shared. Precise location collected for this feature is used to deliver the geofence messaging you have enabled and is processed by Paytronix as our service provider. We do not sell or share precise geolocation, and we treat it as Sensitive Information.
Account Creation and Deletion
The app supports account creation. If you create an account, you may delete your account and associated personal data at any time:
In the app — open the app’s settings or profile menu and select the option to delete your account;
Contact us — email husehonors@huseculinary.com, call 317.637.1811, or use our online form at https://www.huseculinary.com/contact/.
When you delete your account, we will delete or de-identify the personal data associated with it within 45 days, except where we are permitted or required to retain it (for example, to complete a transaction, comply with a legal obligation, detect security incidents, or as otherwise allowed by law).
Availability of This Policy in the App
This Privacy Policy is available from the app’s store/download listing and from within the app’s settings menu, so you can review it before and after installing the app.
