INDIANAPOLIS – St. Elmo Steak House is offering patrons the opportunity to purchase personalized bricks to raise money for Fork Over Change, Huse Culinary’ s employee benevolence fund. The personalized bricks will be installed outside of the world-famous establishment in spring 2023 and all net proceeds will go into the Fork Over Change program. “We are raising money for our Fork Over Change program because we don’t want any Huse Culinary employee to feel blindsided when the unexpected happens,” said Craig Huse, president of Huse Culinary. “Community is at the heart of everything we do and having personalized bricks installed at our flagship restaurant is the perfect way to honor the donations and support of our patrons.”

The Fork Over Change program assists Huse Culinary employees in times of need. The purpose of the program is to provide temporary financial relief to any employee facing overwhelming financial hardship due to certain emergency situations. As Huse Culinary’s flagship restaurant, St. Elmo Steak House will install and display the personalized bricks on the sidewalk leading to the iconic restaurant.

In 2012, St. Elmo sold bricks as a fundraiser, which generated a $16,000 donation to Riley Children’s Health. The bricks come in two sizes, four-by-eight inches for $250 and eight-by-eight inches for $450. The personalized mementos can be ordered from Thursday, Sept. 1 – Monday, Oct. 31 and may be purchased ONLINE.
