General Overview

  • What is Huse Honors?
    Huse Honors is a complimentary loyalty program that allows Huse Culinary to recognize guests through more thoughtful hospitality across our restaurants. As a member, you can earn 1 point for every dollar spent on qualified purchases. Your experiences are then connected across our family of restaurants so we can serve you with greater care over time.


  • How do I sign up or log in?
    Guests can join Huse Honors by downloading the Huse Honors mobile app from the App Store or Google Play Store, or by joining the program online. Once registered, you can log in anytime to view your points, rewards, and tier information.


  • Is Huse Honors free to join?
    Yes, membership is always free and optional.


  • Is this a points or rewards program?
    Huse Honors is a loyalty program focused on recognition, where patrons can earn points on qualified purchases to redeem in the Rewards Vault, a shop for redeemable rewards.

     
  • How do I earn points?
    Points are earned when you dine at participating Huse Culinary restaurants. You receive one point for every dollar spent on qualifying purchases. Points can be earned on credit card, cash, or gift card payments only. Points are not issued for transactions paid for with comp or holiday bonus cards.


  • What qualifying purchases earn points?
    Points are earned on food and non-alcoholic beverage purchases.
    Points are not earned on:
    • Alcohol
    • Tax or gratuity
    • Gift card purchases
    • Valet or parking
    • Event or service fees (i.e., room fee, AV charges, and E-Commerce)
    • Third-party delivery services (i.e., DoorDash, GrubHub, Uber Eats, or Postmates)


  • How can I check my points or tier status? 
    Points and tier status can both be reviewed and managed in your account in the Huse Honors mobile app or the online portal.


  • When do my points appear in my account?
    Points are typically reflected in your account immediately after your visit. In any case of technical difficulties, our team is eager to help.


  • What is the Rewards Vault?
    The Rewards Vault is where you redeem the points you earn. Points can be redeemed in the mobile app or online portal for restaurant reward dollars, charitable contributions, retail merchandise, special access and more.


  • How do tiers work?
    Huse Honors includes tiers that reflect your engagement and qualified purchases over time. As you reach certain milestones, additional rewards and recognition become available.
    • Tier points and visits need to be reached each program year (September 1 through August 31) to continue to receive those benefits. If not achieved, the member will be placed in the tier they qualify for and receive those tier benefits.
    • Any member with 0-999 points and 0-2 visits in a single program year will remain at "Steward" status and all Steward level rewards for the following program year.
    • Any member with 1000-4999 points and 3 or more visits in a single program year will receive “Steakholder” tier status and all Steakholder level rewards.
    • Any member with 5000 or more points and 12 or more visits in a single program year will receive “Patron Saint” tier status and all Patron Saint level rewards.


  • What kind of recognition can I expect?
    Recognition may include invitations to priority reservation access, exclusive experiences, and thoughtful moments during your visits.


  • How do I redeem my points?
    Points can be redeemed through the Rewards Vault in the mobile app or online portal.


  • Do my points expire?
    Accounts with no activity for 18 months will be moved to an inactive status; you can return and resume participation at any time. Accounts with no activity for 10 years will have their points expired.


  • Can I transfer my points to someone else?
    No. Points stay with the individual member account and cannot be transferred.


  • Can I earn points for private dining events?
    Yes. Points may be earned for private dining qualifying purchases, with no cap on the number of points earned. Points will be rewarded to the individual member account providing payment for the event.


  • Can points be used to purchase gift cards?
    No, points are not earned for gift card purchases, however points can be redeemed for restaurant rewards in the Rewards Vault.


  • Does Huse Honors work across all Huse restaurants?
    Your Huse Honors account may be used at participating Huse Culinary restaurants for dine-in or carry-out. This includes St. Elmo Steak House, Harry & Izzy’s, The HC Tavern + Kitchen, and 1933 Lounge by St. Elmo. Huse Honors is currently not available at any airport locations.


  • Will I receive emails or notifications?
    You may receive occasional updates or invitations. Communication is designed to be relevant and respectful.


  • Can I opt out of emails and notifications?
    Yes. You can opt out at any time.


Additional Program Details

  • What happens if I forget to tell my server I am a member?
    Receipts submitted for missing points are valid up to thirty (30) days after the date listed on the receipt. Receipts submitted more than 30 days after the date of purchase will not be accepted. Submit a copy of your receipt to husehonors@huseculinary.com.


  • Are points earned when paying with a gift card?
    Points are earned when a gift card is redeemed, not when it is purchased.


  • Can rewards be used for tips?
    No. Rewards cannot be applied to gratuity.


  • Where can I use my rewards?
    Rewards are valid at participating Huse Culinary restaurants. This includes St. Elmo Steak House, Harry & Izzy’s, The HC Tavern + Kitchen, and 1933 Lounge by St. Elmo. Rewards are currently not valid at airport locations.


  • Can I use multiple rewards at once?
    Yes. Multiple rewards can be used during the same visit.


  • Do I need a reservation to use rewards?
    Reservations are encouraged but not required.


  • Are there blackout dates?
    No. Rewards can be used any time during restaurant operating hours.


  • What if I do not use the full value of a reward?
    Any remaining value stays in your account for future use.


  • When will I receive birthday or special date rewards?
    These rewards are added on the first day of your birthday or special date month, and they expire on the last day of the month.


Account and Mobile App

  • Where can I get the mobile app?
    The Huse Honors mobile app is free and available on iOS and Android.


  • Can I make reservations in the mobile app?
    Yes. You can make reservations through the Huse Honors mobile app.


  • Can I order online through the mobile app?
    Not at this time.


  • Can I join without downloading the mobile app?
    Yes. You can register and manage your account online.


  • I forgot my password. What should I do?
    You can reset your password in the Edit Password section of the Huse Honors mobile app or online portal.


  • Where can I view my points and rewards?
    You can view everything in the My Status section of the Huse Honors mobile app or online portal.
